HYP products contain caffeine and are intended for adults aged 18 and over only. By using this site and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 and purchase from this site, you do so in breach of these terms and we accept no liability.
We operate an 18+ policy in line with industry standards for caffeinated energy products in the United Kingdom.
Products
HYP caffeine pouches are a food supplement, not a medicine. They are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Product descriptions, imagery and nutritional information on the site are provided for informational purposes and are as accurate as we can reasonably make them. Colours and appearance may vary slightly from images shown.
Each pouch contains approximately 100 mg of caffeine (roughly equivalent to one standard cup of filter coffee), 100 mg of beta-alanine, and 50 mg of L-theanine, plus flavouring and other ingredients listed on the product page.
Recommended serving: 1–2 pouches at a time. Maximum: 4 pouches per day, spaced 3–4 hours apart. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Safety and advisory notices
HYP caffeine pouches are not suitable for children, or for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. They are not recommended for people sensitive to caffeine. Consult a doctor before use if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, are on medication, or have any medical condition. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience adverse effects. Keep out of reach of children.
Ordering and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. VAT registration number: PENDING.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
Payment is taken at the point of order via our secure payment provider. We do not store your full payment details.
Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery to UK addresses takes approximately 2–4 working days after dispatch. We use Royal Mail, Evri and DPD; the carrier may vary by order.

Returns and refunds
Our return and refund policy is set out separately and forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

All content on this site, including the HYP name, logo, product imagery, copy and design, is the property of HYPEME LTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any of it without our prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HYPEME LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
