What we collect

We collect personal information that you provide directly, that is collected automatically, and that we receive from third parties.

Information you provide includes your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, payment details (processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers), order history, and any messages you send us.

Information collected automatically includes your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, referring source, and usage data. We collect some of this through cookies and similar technologies. Our cookie banner lets you manage your preferences.

Information from third parties includes data from Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment processors, delivery carriers and marketing tools such as Postscript (SMS).

How we use it
